Cherub Pillow

Good Morning,
The weekend is here and I have a little bit of house work to do and then will be so happy to get to some crafting.

A few weeks ago I found the cutest Valentine pillow and even though it was ok the way it was.  I knew it would be so much more if I kicked it up a notch with some fun elements.  So here are the before and after shots.

A CLOSE UP:

I added a sweet little mint green lace trim around the edges of the pillow.  The felt heart is from Joann Fabrics and I added the button to it.  The roses are from I Am Roses, and then I added some Stickles to the Cherubs wings and other areas of the pillow for some bling.  I added some extra ribbon and twine to the hanger and then braided it.

I am so glad you stopped by and hope you have a wonderful Saturday.

  2. I love this, Rea. It's amazing. I can't tell for sure if those hearts are felt, but if so - you could share this at City Crafter (felt challenge this week).
    It's absolutely GORGEOUS!
    Blessings to you for sharing!
