Coffee Love With Layers Of Color

Hello,
Today I have a fun coffee card to share.
Joy Clair is a having a super fun challenge this month.  You can find the link HERE if your interested.
And this is the graphic for the color palette they chose, I just love this palette.  A fun pre fall color scheme.

Here is my card:

I used my Gelatos to layer colors from the palette.  And then layered that panel onto some kraft card stock.   I then used the Coffee Love stamp set from Joy Clair and stamped my cup image and sentiment on some kraft card stock also.   The style of card I made is a trifold card and then I added the image panel to the front.   The colors of Gelatos I used were light green, dark green, dark brown, orange, yellow/gold.  I did add a little bit of water to them and blended them out to create a swatch of color.   I loved the results of the swatch and Gelatos really lay down such beautiful color.

Latte Cup

Hello,
Today I have another post.  I couldn't resist the beautiful digi that Jessica offered us for the hop on her website, Jessica Lynn Original, you can find her site Here.  And here is my card.

I used my Distress Oxide inks to color the cup and flower (Vintage Photo and Worn Lipstick) and I used Distress Inks for the leaves and butterfly.  I added some pink Nuvo Glitter Drops to the tips of the flowers.  The papers and lace are from my stash.

Welcome Spring

Yipeee!  It's day 1 of the spring and the Coffee Lover's Blog Hope starts today.  I just love the hops and their weeks worth of creativity and inspiration.  (Sometimes I go to bed thinking I am going to dream about coffee cards and I always wake up craving and needing a big cup of java for sure!)  Here is their graphic with all the info, the link is below.

I used a base for my card of white cardstock.  My adorable papers are from Doodlebug Designs and the cute carrot clip is from Doodlebug Easter Cute Clips (love these so cute).  And the fun sequins are from Recollections.

Happiness in a coffee pot

Today I am entering the November Challenge over at Stamplorations.  They had a lovely case sketch and I thought it would be fun to join in.  Here is the sketch,

Here is my card:

I used a base of Navy cardstock, I embossed a red cardstock panel and then die cut it with my bookmark die.  It made the perfect rectangular shape.  I used the Stamplorations stamp set called, "Coffee Happy".  I used the retro coffee pot, and the Hero Arts Pink to Red ink pad.  (Love it!)  I used the same ink pad for the sentiment.  Then I added some red flower sequins for my 3 of anything.   Sweet and simple card.
